About The Moon Coffee
The Moon Coffee is one of the cafes & coffee listed in Costa Mesa, California. The business is registered at 369 E 17th St Ste 12, Costa Mesa, CA 92627; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 amβ8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach The Moon Coffee at (657) 287-8428; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is clover.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 104 reviews, which is a strong result for a cafe in Costa Mesa and suggests consistent service.
Costa Mesa is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Costa Mesa follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We got a Tiramisu Latte and a Blueberry Matcha Latte. Both were delicious with great presentation. Not overly sweet. Atmosphere great. Plenty of seating. Nice background music. I never tried the food so no rating on the food. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back. Also the cashier was very friendly and helpful with questions we had.

Love this place! Cool and mellow vibe. Nice fit out - more like an LA coffee shop than OC. We tried the flame latte (brown sugar with sea salt foam) and sea salt mocha. Great attention to detail preparing the drinks, which surprisingly were not too sweet. Both were delicious and balanced. Weβll be back!

Stopped by The Moon and loved the vibe! The minimalist, the inside aesthetic is beautiful and perfect for relaxing or do some work on computer. The Pistachio Croissant was flaky and fresh, and their green tea drinks are really good with high quality matcha from Japan. I really appreciated that they can adjust the sugar levels in their drinks, my Black Sesame Latte was perfect and not too sweet. Great service and even better pastries! π₯βοΈ
